Full job description and bid requirements attached.This position is a QA Tester for the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) and will function as a software test analyst onthe COREY Project for the Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS). DIFS is replacing their core business system with a system built upon the AMANDA platform from Granicus (formerly Calytera). This position will be responsible for the following activities:- Participate in the development and documentation of the test plan.
- Develop and document test cases and success criteria scenarios during development of user stories.
- Execute the test plan.
- Report and document defects and bugs identified during testing.
- Troubleshoot and triage defects and bugs.
- Create test data to validate functional requirements.
- Assist Business SMEs during User Acceptance Testing.
This position requires:- Strongoral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of intermediate SQL functions.
- Experience with DevOps
- Experience with Kanban is a plus.
- Effective soft skills as this position will require direct client interaction.
