Job Title: 3rd Shift Process TechnicianJob DescriptionSeeking a skilled 3rd Shift Process/Set up Technician to join our team from 10:30pm - 6:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with potential every other weekend work. The role involves extensive overtime, up to 12 hours shifts, resulting in a 55-60 hour work week due to current staffing levels. The position offers $28 - $30/hour, plus a 75 cent shift premium.
True processing role, technicians rarely perform mold changes themselves.
Must have 3+ years of experience in injection molding.
6 - 8 setups per day.
Work with clamps and tooling.
Expect to run the first piece and do all the inspection from the blueprint to ensure you are running the correct part and meeting quality standards.
