Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for all positions within the company at all locations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build a strong
talent pipeline
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms
Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and applications
Conduct phone interviews and reference checks
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Manage the recruitment process through onboarding for new hires
Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheet and provide regular hiring reports
Track recruiting costs
Stay up to date with hiring trends, recruiting techniques, and labor laws
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
Frequent travel (3-4 times per month on average) to other locations
Assist HR Manager with processes and administrative tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision
High energy and outgoing personality
Working knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office)
Working knowledge of company software and procedures
Great attitude and ability to work with others
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Work full-time, onsite daily with travel to other locations as required
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s degree or HR certification is a plus
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter for manufacturing
