Job DescriptionThe Regional Facility Manager is responsible for the coordination and implementation of repairs and maintenance within a specified geographic region (typically 600 to 800 locations). The Regional Facility Manager partners with CVS Health Operations Management and vendors to ensure highly complex repair and maintenance issues (i.e. disaster recovery efforts) are completed on time, at the most economical cost, and at a level of service meeting CVS Health expectations. Performs comprehensive administrative tasks involving the approval or denial of proposals from repair and maintenance contractors. Responsible for sourcing and management of contractors to deliver the most economical and effective repair and maintenance services meeting CVS Health expectations. Performs comprehensive financial review and management to ensure capital and operating budgets are achieved. May serve as CVS Health project manager for projects within assigned facility(s). May be called upon to represent CVS Health in legal matters associated with repair and maintenance services.Required Qualifications-1+ years of facility maintenance experience. -1+ years of Microsoft Office, Service Channel and/or other facility management software applications. -1+ years of a comprehensive understanding of building systems, i.e. mechanical and electrical systems.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 10 days of your employment.
