We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the Trauma & Extremities Business Units of one of our top Medical Device Manufacturing companies.Pay Rate: $20.71/hrShift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pmWhat's a typical day as a Remote Customer Service Representative? You will:Provide customer services relating to sales, order entry and purchase order collections.
Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
Develop improvement plans in response to teams efforts for purchase order collections.
This job would be a good fit if you have: A high school diploma or equivalent
As well as a minimum of 2 or more years experience of customer service, data entry, account management or relevant experience required.
Demonstrated computer skills required.
