Residential Construction Site Manager

Remodeling/Rehab company looking for crew leader/site manager

We work on various projects through-out metro Detroit from government projects, new construction, rehab projects, kitchen/bath remodels, maintenance jobs

Job responsibilities:

Manage and lead team of 4-5

Review job scopes, budgets, time schedules, material orders, change orders etc.

Supervise, coach and work along team to help grow and develop skills

Manage schedules of self and team to maximize productivity

Quality control and code compliance ability

Strong problem solving and people skills a must

Compensation summary:

$75000/year salary (w2)- bonus package per job/project- paid monthly
