KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Work as an integral member within the Retail Planning group to provide support for all retail-related items including new car incentives, production, distribution, and consensus, as well as the communication of retail strategies and tactics to the field and dealers.

Assist in coordinating and conducting field calls/communications for• Monthly Sales & Marketing Meetings• Ad Hoc Field Calls• Global Connect and Retail Program Info (RPI) Messages• Field Manager Calls

Formulate analysis/reporting for• Month end sales• Registration Data/Competitive Outlook• Market Specific Trends• US Luxury Sales Reporting• Manifest List Downloads• Incentive substantiations• Production/Forecasting• Sales Objectives• Logistics• Certified Pre-owned vehicles• Residual analysis• Lease portfolio retention• Retail and fleet Sales• Company-owned vehicles• Ad Hoc Projects

Ownership/Management of• Inventory Reporting• Market Share and Spend Reporting• Registration Data Reporting

Team Liaison to• Field Sales team members• Cadillac Marketing/Advertising• Finance• Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)• Fleet• Distribution/Logistics• Accessories• Sales teams ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Global Connect, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, NAEZQ, JD Power PIN / RL Polk databases• MS Access, Tableau and Power BI software experience desired• Ability to work well in a team environment• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills• High level of organizational skills• High level of personal drive/motivation• High level of oral and written communications skills• High level of presentation skills both in the development and delivery of presentation• Bachelor’s degree required• Master’s degree in Business Administration desired3 years experience
