Are you a talented and energetic salesperson looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing sales team during the busiest time of the year both online and locally. This full-time position offers the potential to earn $100k+ annually while working in a supportive and thriving environment.

Position: Salesperson

Purpose:

Maintain the profitability of the dealership and provide top-notch customer service.

Reports To:

General Manager

Responsibilities:

Sell RV units and manage the sales process from start to finish.

Attend and be punctual consistently.

Advise customers by providing detailed product information.

Manage customer leads and respond to inquiries promptly.

Answer customer questions regarding inventory, assisting them in finding the perfect RV, and explaining the benefits.

Adapt to the needs of a diverse client base with a tailored approach.

Set and meet sales goals to help the company stay profitable.

Provide accurate product knowledge and maintain strong customer relationships.

Help customers make selections by building confidence and offering suggestions.

Document sales by creating or updating customer profiles.

Notify clientele about future RV products of interest.

Continually learn about product updates and inventory.

Follow up with current, existing, and potential leads to generate sales.

Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.

Drive results and positively impact the company’s success.

Write deals to present to the sales manager.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients.

Present and sell value-added options.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Passion for working with people and a drive to succeed.

Strong follow-up and closing skills.

Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Open-minded and trainable.

Experience in face-to-face and phone sales.
