Fan Club Shirts is a small print shop that does Direct-to-Film printing. Our goal is to offer good jobs to folks who might have a tough time in regular workplaces. We hope to become a worker co-op. We also want to use the money we make from printing to support mutual aid, activists, and nonprofits in Detroit.
I own the place, and I'm autistic. So, getting out there to sell and meet people is the biggest challenge for me. I'm great at the printing part, but finding new customers is where I get stuck. I need someone who can jump in, do outreach, make friends, and help the shop get bigger.
Here's the deal:
You'll be in charge of sales, getting the word out, and landing new print orders.
You'll get paid a share of each order you bring in.
The hours are flexible, and it's all about getting results.
We'd like someone in the Metro Detroit area.
If you want, you could become a partner or co-op member down the road. This isn't a must.
