Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing new processes, as well as effectively facilitating user adoption
  • Proven ability to manage Salesforce projects with different levels of complexity end-to-end
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Experience using Salesforce Flow and/or Process Builder
  • General knowledge of the supported business area(s) and the ability to make the Salesforce platform work for their goals
  • Ability to pull and create custom Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Lightning Experience
  • 1 year of experience with Apex
  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator works to define system requirements and customize the platform for the business to get the most out of Salesforce technology. This team member serves as a vital bridge between the business and Salesforce technology and acts as a trusted advisor on all things Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
  • Independently design, test and implement changes to Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Analyze business requirements, develop designs, and drive the implementation and communication of platform solutions
  • Build custom reports and dashboards for different teams based on their business needs
  • Analyze and assist with Salesforce software configuration functions and activities
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot reported issues
  • Perform data updates/migration using Data Loader or other applications
  • Monitor Salesforce outages and work with vendor/business areas to find a solution
  • Support integration of Salesforce with internal applications
  • Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as provide training and support
  • Maintain knowledge of the platform?s new tools, capabilities, and updates
