The Salesforce Application Developer will work in a fast paced, results-driven sales centric environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Understand all capabilities of standard Salesforce features, and can implement without assistance
- Mentor team members with less experience
- Knowledgeable in all capabilities of workflow/process automation and can implement automation without assistance
- Utilize Einstein Analytics or other advanced reporting/visualization tools in addition to off-the-shelf Salesforce reporting. When receiving reporting requests is able to consider other applicable data on behalf of the user and can present fully-functional analytics of a business problem. Is knowledgeable of all SF basics, including creating/editing:
- Record types
- Formula fields
- Roll-up summary fields
- Validation rules
- Approval processes
- Process automation, including workflow rules, flow and process builder
- Ramifications of field updates and potential for recursion
- Knows all standard SF objects and the fundamental capabilities of those objects.
- Can build custom objects and has an understanding of how to build relationships between multiple objects
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
- Assist the business with data development/management
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and apps, participate in plans for their implementation, and remain current with Salesforce best practices
- Pro-actively work on process improvements for enhanced user adoption
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as new applications or processes are developed
- Computer-related degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Ability to interact with business users and translate business needs into solutions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answer.
- This position requires on-site attendance.
- Experience working in an Agile software development
- Manual QA testing experience
