Looking for several Salesforce Developers for six month long initial contract to start with probable extensions and possible conversions to FTE of our client.

This role is for one or our best financial clients with offices in NYC, Southern New Jersey, Southern Maine, Florida and South Carolina.

Candidates can work a hybrid schedule but will need to be in either the southern NJ client office or the Farmington Hills Michigan Office at least two times a week.

Description:

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will be supporting the Commercial and Small Business portfolio project. The typical day to day responsibilities include:

1. Interaction with business to understand business requirements and translate them into Technical Design

2. Review Technical design with stakeholders and obtain approvals

3. Complete development for all the assigned Technical designs

4. Work with QA to address defects reported

5. Ensure Developed code meets Salesforce standards and guidelines

6. Ensure all the documentation (designs, config specsetc) are kept up to date

7. Coach and guide the junior resources to produce quality deliverables

8. Ensure developed code meets business performance expectations

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Result oriented

Must have:

knowledge Salesforce/nCino Development experience 3yrs +

Salesforce Developer I certification

Ability to work with business and develop in a Agile approach

Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce limit issues and implement creative solutions

Nice to have:

Dev Ops / Salesforce packaging experience

Salesforce Developer II certification

JAVA development experience

Skills needed for submissions
