Success measures are net renewal rate, follow-on SOW Sales and client usage.The Impact: We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager for our industry-leading SNL Banker analytics solution – working with existing clients to ensure retention, strengthen relationships and adoption, and grow opportunities.What’s in it for you: You will have the opportunity to work with a strong existing client base, in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive work environmentThe Location : US Remote or US office preferred locations: Dallas, Charlotteville, RaleighResponsibilities:Serve as the primary relationship manager for multiple clients throughout the customer lifecycle

Create and maintain executive relationships with Community Banks and Credit Unions through regular communication, strategy and roadmap discussions

Lead renewal discussions and negotiations

Negotiate terms to align with both client and company objectives

Coordinate creation of follow-on statements of work with client and sales

Coordinate delivery of vendor due diligence documentation upon client request

Engage internal resources to resolve invoicing and contracting issues

Participate in sales prospect meetings when requested

Oversight of client advisory activities

Advisors are assigned to named Clients. The Senior Client Manager needs to meet at least weekly with these Advisors to review client-specific deliverables, including client reporting requests, follow on development work, and training

Participate on Advisor led calls to provide additional support as needed. Lead client calls when client relationship warrants the additional knowledge and experience

Act as backup to Advisors to provide coverage or additional support

Team / business responsibilities

Present during monthly internal client health meetings

Present at annual user conference and webinars

Document and provide analysis regarding projected client revenue as requested

Participate in setting performance goals for the SNL Banker client management team

What We’re Looking For:Minimum 7+ years of related experience in banking, financial technology or consulting

Knowledge about Finance or Operations for national banks, community banks or credit unions would be desirable

Prior experience of driving software adoption or automation of processes (from a business rather than technology perspective) - with a strong understanding of challenges and best practices.

Someone who takes a consultative approach to understanding client needs and thrives on helping clients to achieve their strategic goals.

Demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization

A team player who has the gravitas to build trust with clients.

A skilled communicator, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and simply.

Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100k to $115k. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. This role is eligible to receive S&P Global benefits.
