Apply now!The Role:As a Senior Financial Alignment Executive, you will participate in the analysis of current state, future state and risk analysis, and communicate the impact of revenue cycle solutions and industry market trends. You will analyze client data to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities across adoption and action plans. This role will allow us to drive adoption of solutions, services, benefits, and uses by internal and external customers as well as communicate the benefits of the revenue cycle solutions and advise on best practices. The scope will be to collaborate with internal and external leadership to develop an overall understanding of processes and operational opportunities. This role will allow you to develop client-specific roadmaps relating to revenue cycle, create and deploy client reference strategy and promote advocacy for revenue cycle solutions.Basic Qualifications:
At least 8 years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience including:
At least 2 years of client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience
At least 6 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job.
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract that you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Certified Health Professional (CHP) - CHP
Certified Medical Practice Executive - American College of Medical Practice Executives
Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) - American College of Healthcare Executives
Fellow of Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) - Healthcare Financial Management Association
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association
Be familiar w/ Oracle Cerner front end revenue cycle tools.
Expectations:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location
Must be willing to travel up to 75% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $93,500 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum.
