Senior Financial Analyst Include but are not Limited to the Following:The Senior Financial Analyst will assume end-to-end ownership of the organization’s financial performance, serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for analyzing key financial and operational metrics, developing scalable and dynamic financial models, and delivering actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, this position will lead the design and implementation of a structured, disciplined collections process to optimize cash flow and ensure timely client payments. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for accuracy and insights.Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations from budgets and forecasts and propose corrective measures.Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation. Lead post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring alignment of reporting structures, processes, and performance tracking.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies; recommend and implement internal controls where needed.Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop realistic, data-driven budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Build and maintain financial models to project cash flow, revenue, and profitability; monitor performance against these forecasts.Develop forward-looking financial scenarios that incorporate market trends, growth assumptions, and operational drivers to support executive decision-making.Business Partnering & Strategic Support:Collaborate across business segments and functions to provide financial guidance on key business decisions and initiatives.Build relationships across centralized functions and accounting to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial management.Perform in-depth profitability and cost analyses to identify cost savings, process improvements, and investment opportunities.Present management reporting packages to executive leadership, contributing to long-term strategic planning.Working Capital Management:Identify and recommend process improvements in financial operations, including billing, collections, and reporting, to improve efficiency and accuracy.Monitor accounts receivable aging, proactively address outstanding balances and billing discrepancies, identify risks and process improvements, and report on cash flow impacts to support timely client payments and strengthen liquidity.Partner with business and functional stakeholders to optimize procure-to-pay processes, enhance internal controls, and ensure accurate, timely execution across purchasing and payment workflowsAd Hoc Projects & Leadership:Lead or support high-impact financial and operational projects while proactively identifying finance capability gaps.Contribute to the development of the finance organization, ensuring the appropriate structure, tools, and talent are in place to support business growth.
