Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & BrandingDevelop and refine visual brand identities for clients, including logos, typography, color schemes, and guidelines.Conceptualize and create high-quality designs to support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.Web Design (UX / UI)Design responsive, user-friendly web pages using UX best practices.Build and edit web pages using WordPress and HubSpot CMSCollaborate with developers to implement designs and optimize website functionality.Client CollaborationCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and feedback.Present design concepts and provide strategic recommendations to achieve client goals.Content CreationContribute to the creation of marketing assets, including social media graphics, email campaigns, infographics, and more.Assist with content planning and visual storytelling to support campaigns.Utilize HubSpot for creating and managing marketing assets.Collaboration & MentorshipPartner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to support business objectives.Provide direction for photo, video, and animation.Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team outputs.Core CompetenciesStrong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).Expertise in developing and managing brand identity systems.Hands-on experience with WordPress page building and customization.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
