Senior Lead Mortgage Program Consultant

It all begins with you.In this role, you will:Responsible for developing prospective new business and increasing capture rates for national Corporate Mortgage Program clients in a geographic area through the development and sustaining of external relationships

Business Development with external Stakeholders

Execute and sign new Business

Drive market share and financial objectives through external referral sources

Ensure regulatory and audit requirements for the programs are met

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges in the Mortgage Program functional area requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are large scale

Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions in an geographic area

Engage with all levels of professionals, managers, and leaders across the enterprise and serve as an experienced advisor within the Mortgage Program functional area

Optimize growth of client relationships for developing and sustaining external relationships

Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Mortgage Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Advance MS Office Suite

Advanced experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM)

Strong public speaking, presentation, and networking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proven ability to execute against a strategy quickly and effectively

Proven ability to meet sales goals

Position Locations Include : Cincinnati, OH; Grand Rapids, MI; Richmond, VA.
