Job Description:

• Portfolio developer includes support and development for Lotus Notes and Java applications. Tasks include production support, enhancements, root cause analysis and resolution.
• Additional tasks include responding to customer inquiries, support ticket resolution in Service Now, enhancement documentation and processing in Jira. Position requires hands on support.
• Lotus Notes development and admin skills are required for this position. Lotus Notes support requires knowledge of both database development and basic server administration.
• Support the Desktop team for Lotus Notes client configuration after installation. Organizes and coordinates the activities associated with installation, deployment, and upgrade of software.
• Advanced database development including formula language, Lotus Script, computed sub forms and render to rich text. DB2 LSX connectors with understanding of SQL. Comm to Microsoft Excel.
• Other responsibilities include support for additional J2EE applications. Provide backup and primary support for Java based applications including both front end and backend components. Maintain documentation in Confluence. Familiar Devops concepts and Jira.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution.
• Familiar with a variety of the IT technologies, concept, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager.

• Experience of 8+ years, including:
• Intermediate to expert level in the following:
  • Lotus Notes database
  • Lotus Script
  • DB2 LSX connectors
  • Understanding of SQL needed
  • Comm to Microsoft Excel
  • Formula language
  • Advanced Notes databases, computed subforms, render to rich text
  • Support users with general Lotus Notes questions
• Domino Server Administration
• Java
• Additional: Familiar with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence and Service Now
