Communicating roadmaps across advanced engineering, research, planning, etc. Close Technology Gaps: Identify key technology gaps and drive hardware strategy to evolve the modular catalog to meet future customer needs Manage complexity: Drive singular enterprise experiential delivery to minimize complexity Business Leadership: Ensure advanced engineering and research teams are working on key enterprise priorities and develop business case/migration plans for technical decomposition of desired customer experiences Lead development of technology submissions to Tech Cycle Plan and prioritization of engineering resources to solve gaps in Ford’s Technology portfolio Drive platform engineeringThe position will be required to interface with many functions regularly to ensure all plans are aligned, appropriate, and achievable. This will include digital product, marketing, customer experience, vehicle programs, engineering and research. The focus will be on cross vehicle technology capabilities.The role will ultimately be responsible for the technology roadmaps to deliver Ford’s winning enterprise technology strategy.You'll have Bachelor’s degree 5+ years’ experience in translating key customer experiences into enabling technology strategies 5+ years of experience with the development vehicle systems, software development and ECUs. 5+ years of portfolio / product management / program management 5+ years’ experience managing features from conception to launch, with the product delivering end-user experiences 2+ years working in agile techniques to interface across an enterprise, akin to product backlogs 5+ years’ experience in product lifecycle management, with technology roadmaps 3+ years withmanaging teamsEven better, you may have Masters Degree Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver high quality events Experience coordinating multiple functions within an organisation Experience leading development through complex program gateways Familiarity with Human Centered Design and demonstrated passion for the customer Strategic Thinker and Change Agent Multi-functional technology knowledge – both hardware and software Fast Learner; adapts easily Demonstrated excellence in oral & written communication Strong desire to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, work with all employee levels from technical personnel to Ford Senior Management.
