Dynatrace seeks an experienced B2B demand generation marketer build and execute global, integrated campaigns, with a customer-centric focus for driving measurable pipeline results. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Demand Generation, this individual will drive strategy and execution of (but not limited to) our global awareness, aquisiton, lead development, and conversion programs aligned to key campaign themes, and designed to drive maximum pipeline impact. Ideal candidates will be creative and data-driven with deep lead/demand generation and ABM experience. Strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking skills and the ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.Support the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, content marketing, paid media, digital, social, webinars, ABM and more.Partner closely with marketing, sales, content, product marketing, and operations to develop high-impact campaigns with meaningful touchpoints to our key buyer personas.Drive an effective marketing mix that optimizes program ROI“In the know” about leading trends in demand generation, and bringing new ideas for amplification and conversionsResearch and source new vendors and programs to pilotStrong creative instincts bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to the teamProactively communicate with internal partners about progress, deliverables, roadblocks, and resultsStrong understanding of the buyers’ journey to align content and communications channels to drive optimal conversion
