Key Responsibilities:- Promote an Agile environment and facilitates team key ceremonies while encouraging collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement behaviors.
- Help build a high-performance team by continuously inspiring enthusiasm for the product/service, measuring product impact and exploring opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by motivating, guiding and keeping their team focused on strategic objectives.
- Participate in team peer review activities to ensure accuracy in product value delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and Product Owner to interpret and communicate the Product Strategy and Roadmap, facilitating delivery and value with a focus on technical feasibility, business viability and user desirability.
- Responsible for managing Rally backlog with Product Owner, with a focus on user story refinement.
- Allocate or assign work to team members based on Work-in-Progress (WIP) limits during planning session.
- Ensure a healthy backlog is always maintained for and by the team with enough refined and prioritized backlog items.
- Facilitate cross-collaboration meetings, creating agendas and refining notes/next steps.
- Help surface risks by engaging with cross-functional teams and partners with stakeholders to resolve impediments and dependencies.
- Plan capacity and mitigates risk when unexpected constraints arise.
- Implement mitigation and contingency in the release plan to support value delivery in compliance with client's IT standards.
- Strong product management skills.
- Experience in Agile and Rally.
- Experience in analyzing partner asks and requirements and breaking them down to measurable work items.

- HR, Employee engagement and/or Communications/Marketing experience.
- Familiarity with design and video software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Publisher, Camtasia).
- Master"s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
