Service Stores Coordinator

Our Service Store Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our customer request for service parts are processed on a daily basis. This position will collaborate closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure our customers are supported during their daily production. This individual will ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communications within our supply chain department.Essential ResponsibilitiesOpen, monitor and manage customer parts requestManage the service warehouse functions including but not limited to picking, packing and shipping partsProactively contact customers to communicate updates regarding their order or quote statusCollaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure speedy resolutions on procurement of partsAssist customers with parts identification and escalate requests as neededManage entire receiving process, make improvements where possibleAddress & label packages, compute freight rates & record weight as well as cost of each shipment when appropriateRespond to request via phone, email or Teams promptlyCarry out additional tasks that could be reasonably expected of you
