Job Title: ServiceNow Program / Project Manager

Location: Novi, MI 48377 (Hybrid required 2 or 3 days onsite in week)

Duration: 12+ Months

Rate: $00/Hour on 1099/CTC/W2 Start Date: April 1st target – Can start sooner if needed in March. Needs to be flexible on early or late meetings – Asia Pac, Europe, as the project progresses in different regions, work with folks in those regions. They don’t need to have the Agile, global, methodology. Travel Involved: 25%-50% - As the project progresses, they will need to travel to other locations. Experience Skill Matrix:

  • Description:Client is looking for a ServiceNow Program / Project Manager with experience. As a Program Manager (Engagement Manager), you will be required to interface with customers, manage and track solution delivery, and manage a team of functional and technical support. You will manage various relationships, including customers, vendors, engineers, developers, and management, to support the team in developing requirements, creating process flows, and developing plans and strategies for solution delivery.

    Skills and Experience:
    • ServiceNow ITSM experience and/or certification
    • ServiceNow PPM experience and/or certification
    • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
    • PMP Certification
    • 3 plus years process consulting in ITSM, ITBM or related.

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with business stakeholders and current consultants to understand and refine the path for HR Support at Client.
    • You will guide a methodical approach to defining Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Topics, HR Categories, HR Services, and the deployment of the Employee Self-Service Portal, based on the Now Create Implementation methodology.
    • Provide guidance and best practices for leveraging Universal Request, Process Automation Designer, and Playbooks to complement/enhance HR Case Management.
    • Provide ongoing feedback/guidance on developer work to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain proximity to “out-of-the-box.”
    • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow’s Common Services Data Model (CSDM), and configuration management database (CMDB)
    • Strong experience implementing HR Service Delivery in a complex business organization.
