Short Term Rental Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Short Term Rental Manager to join our team. We have a group of five short term rentals in the Detroit area. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, excellent communication skills, and great customer service.

This role has no set hours, tasks are completed on an on-call basis. Payment is a flat 20% of the total profit.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of short-term rental properties

- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready

- Handle guest communication and resolve any issues that arise

- Monitor and update property listings on rental platforms

- Work with property owners to optimize listings and increase bookings
