Skilled laborer needed

I have a project in Jenison, MI, and I'm looking for a full-time employee, with reliable transportation, that is good with problem solving and heights. We're putting together the prototype for an elevated storage system, which in tales metal work, mostly bolting beams together, grinding welds, etc All tools needed will be at the job site.
