Actively develops and refines a software product that delivers business value.
Uses unit tests to drive the design of the application and confirm its functionality and its conformance with nonfunctional requirements.
Develops across the entire software stack (browser, mobile, server and database) using multiple programming languages.
Works within the confines of a product team to deliver software. Usually pairs with an additional engineer to author software.
Automates the continuous integration delivery pipeline.
Supports production software operations and incorporates learnings into future software feature development.
Actively participates in daily standup & support production deployments
Own end to end software development life cycle
Attend daily paired programing sessions
The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
2+ years of experience with Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming, Craftsmanship or Extreme Programming
2+ years of experience in SpringBoot, Java, JavaScript, Jenkins, Google Cloud Platform or MongoDB
Our preferred requirements:
Respect and empathy for team members, business partner, and product customer
Effective communication skills
Practitioner in two coding languages or advanced practitioner in one coding Language
Comfort level developing in devops
Advanced knowledge of software design patterns
Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery
Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones
