Job Description: Role: Software Engineer

Location: Must be local to SE MI - Hybrid model; minimum 1 day/month onsite

Duration: 12+ month contract

Rate: $50-$70; negotiable on one's experience

Description:

Looking for full stack software engineer familiar with Lean, Agile and XP practices. Collaborating closely and continuously with fellow engineer, designers and product owners, to help build, validate and release innovative software products.

Responsibilities- Validate and release applications using continuous integration and continuous delivery tools work in collaborative environment including pairing and mobbing with other crossfunctional engineers work on a small agile team to deliver working, tested software work effectively with product owners, product designers and other technical experts take time to continuously learn and share with peers Developing exceptional user experiences with backed APIs using frameworks such Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular or React Use continuous integration/continuous delivery tools and pipelines (e.g Jenkins, Maven, Grade etc.) In-depth software engineering knowledge Expertise in XP principles including paired programming and TDD Experience in Spring Cloud and deploying to cloud platforms (PCF or Google Cloud Platform)

Skills Required:

Spring boot, Java, JS, Angular, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Pivotal Cloud Foundry

Experience Required:

3+ years overall IT Experience 3+ years JAVA application development experience 3+ years agile experience(iterative software development) 2+ years of Test-Drive Development experience

Education Required:

Bachelor in Computer Science or related
