Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Solutions Design Coach for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!

Title: Solutions Design Coach

Location: Detroit, MI

Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Solutions Design Coach who will be responsible for coaching project teams on the Solutions Design methodology and collaborate with other Solutions Design Coaches.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide overall direction, guidance, definition and facilitation for the development of architecture required to meet business strategies and goals.
  • Knowledgeable of Application Design and Architecture Designs.
  • Knowledge of, and document, Enterprise wide Design standards, patterns and policies.
  • Ability to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other Solutions Design Coaches and Solutions Design leaders.
  • Develop, establish and maintain project Solutions Design standards and procedures.
  • Evaluates compliance with the organization’s technology and design standards.
  • Establish connections with other disciplines that intersect with Solutions Design (e.g., Architecture, InfoSec, Engineering, etc.).
  • Participate in monthly Solutions Design Community meetings to wide IT audience.

Required Skills/Experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills.
  • Subject matter depth and breadth in many IT Technical areas.
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Sound understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven experience in Information Technology and business/industry work required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Hands on SDLC experience including systems analysis and development a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or related field required.
