USD85,000-USD110,000The key responsibilities of a Special Projects ManagerManage and construct multiple projects concurrently
accurately forecast the scope, cost, and duration of future projects from preliminary and/or conceptual drawings
complete subcontractor bid analysis and project buyout
prepare subcontractor agreements and review and approve subcontractor invoicing
documents on site project activities and as-built conditions
prepare, schedules, and supervises completion of the project punch list
maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and coworkers
validating budgets through work with subcontractors and consultants
manager municipal relationships and develop permitting and design checklists to company with project requirements and to determine the impact on the projects schedule and budget
Understands the projects plans and specifications

Design-Build Project Experience a plus
Commercial or light industrial construction experience required
Warehouses and distribution center construction experience preferred
The ability to oversee a project $10M+ Ability to evaluate technical drawings such as blueprints, proposals, etc.
Individual with leadership qualities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
5+ years minimum experience as a Construction Superintendent
