Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • CISCO UCCE infrastructure support and automation, code as infrastructure developer and support.
  • The candidate will engineer, architect, and install new and upgraded infrastructure systems.
  • The primary focus will be on Nuance TTS/ASR/Security Suite and Virtual Hold Technology Mindful call-back product.
  • Automation is developed in PowerShell, java, VBScript, AutoIT, and other tools. Platforms are GitHub, Tekton, OpenShift, and other infrastructure as code solutions.
  • Solutions above integrate with CISCO UCCE, VVBs, CUCM, Call Manager, Cubes, and other telephony components.
  • The individual will need to be familiar with CISCO components for integration and troubleshooting.
  • They will work on an agile team and deliver product deliverables based on our backlog.
  • The product work will be segmented into three two-week sprints. Automated testing is done with both JUnit tests and Cyara integrated testing.
  • Significant knowledge is needed about the CISCO UCCE environments to diagnose both application and infrastructure outages.
  • Developer will need to work with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose these outages.

Required Skills:
  • CISCO UCCE Automation (PowerShell, GitHub, Tekton, OpenShift, java, AutoIT, or other infrastructure as code technologies)
  • Architecture skills
  • Visio Writing skills
  • Telephony configurations
