Job Summary:Knowledge on implementation of automated solutions through roadmap planning, requirement gathering, and technical system design documentationCollaborate with the business teams to develop metrics measuring the performance against initiatives and report on those to stakeholdersCollaborate with the SRE and Application Integration teams to ensure there is a convergence of business, technical and security requirementsKnowledge on DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using bitbucket actions/ansible playbookDevelopment of automation scripts using Shell scripts and Python for daily operations and deploymentsDrive standardization efforts for on-boarding, data normalization, user on-onboarding, and alertingTroubleshoot performance and access issues, as well as installation of Splunk upgrades throughout our clustered environmentsExperience working with Incident Response teamsBuild and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.Required Skills Monitoring tools: Splunk Enterprise, ITSI, Enterprise Security, AppDynamicsMachine Learning: Splunk MLTK (Machine Learning Toolkit), Splunk UBA (User Behavior Analytics), Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence)Automation: Shell Scripting, Ansible, Terraform, PythonScheduling: Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Control-MSource Control: Subversion, Bitbucket (GIT)Security Suites: Splunk Enterprise SecurityOther Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, SOAPUI, PostmanCollaborate with the business teams to develop metrics measuring the performance against initiatives and report on those to stakeholdersCollaborate with the SRE and Application Integration teams to ensure there is a convergence of business, technical and security requirements
