Job Description

  • Lead engineer for Audio Video event production at Client Financial. Advanced Audio video support and coordination. Must have excellent communication skills and experience working with people at all levels of the company.
  • Provide advanced audio video support for large multisite meetings.
  • Responsible for connecting and coordinating with remote sites to establish video and audio system to provide high quality experiences.
  • Must have knowledge of A/V equipment and be able to deploy appropriate mics, cameras and connectivity equipment for variety meetings and situations.
  • Provide end user training
  • Support and maintenance for all Audio Video equipment at the site.
  • Planning and fulfillment for meetings, town halls, conferences and special events local and off-site including:
    • Video Conferencing
    • AV
    • Staging
    • Special effects
    • Entertainment
    • Stage Lighting
    • Music coordination
    • Logistics
    • Presentation content creation and support
    • Video Editing
    • Venue coordination
    • Stage manager
Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years Exp; Intermediate: 5+ Years Exp; Senior: 8+ Years Exp
  • Experience running shows including operation of the sound board
  • BA/BS in related Communications field, equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered
  • PC Skills with both Windows and Mac systems.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset and experience
  • Experience with the following equipment
  • Audio/Video systems
  • Smart Boards
  • LCD Projectors
  • LCD display s
  • Microphones
  • Crestron A/V Routing
  • Turning Point audience response systems
  • Log is on white noise/sound masking
  • Knowledge and experience with the following VTC Platforms
  • Cisco Endpoints and Jabber (Desktop Video Conferencing)
  • Polycom Endpoints
  • Starleaf endpoints and Breeze (desktop - cloud based)
  • Ring Central (Mobile Video Conferencing)
  • Lync/Skype for business (MS Office Video Conferencing)
  • Cisco TMS (infrastructure)
  • Polycom RMX (infrastructure)
  • Experience with Call Center status canvas displays.
  • Routing and Maintenance
