This person will be responsible for test strategies, plans, coordination and execution of all regression tests associated with Community Banking Treasury Management Systems. This person will:
- Create and execute test cases and summarize test results with management and vendors using standard Jira and Vendor software packages.
- Work with business to develop User Acceptance testing criteria to confirm the delivery of changes occurs with the highest possible quality. This could involve teaching others how to write, develop and execute tests and sharing testing and results virtually.
- Assist with System Upgrades and Maintenance Testing
- Excellent knowledge in software quality assurance and system testing tools, such as Jira and Zephyr
- Ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into test strategy, scenarios and cases
- Proven strength in building, writing, and executing test cases
- 5+ years of experience in quality analysis or other analytic role, or 5 years of comparable agile development experience.
- 3 years of experience with software development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and software process improvement methods
- Proficient in IT standards, policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply root cause analysis
- Prefer 3 years with testing COTS products, and/or web applications and mobile apps
- Test automation experience a bonus (Selenium, JUnit)
- Security certificate maintenance experience preferred
- Some after-hours and weekend hours may be required
- U.S. based candidates required.
