Job Summary: Our Salesforce mortgage team members are a passionate group of dedicated individuals steeped in the Salesforce ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team. Our technology professionals are collaborative, engaging, and immersed in our customers' business process and every aspect of their desired solutions.Job Responsibilities:

  • Configure, enhance and maintain standard and custom Salesforce functionality, including but not limited to: custom objects, quick actions, validation, workflow and assignment rules, process builder, flow, email alerts and approval processes.
  • Use technical specifications to design and develop clean and effective business solutions, according to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Developers and BA's to configure, develop, implement and support new business solutions.
  • Coordinate with related IT teams, end users, business and IT leadership, and partners in supporting administration and/or integration of related solution and production systems.
  • Participate and offer insight during SFDC cross team community meetings.
  • Provide SFDC Admin perspective and input during brainstorming and "Art of the Possible innovation engagements with stakeholders as well as targeted solution discussions alongside BA resources.
  • Declarative Development (page layouts, fields, views, validation rules, formula fields, process builder and advanced functions specific to the platform)
  • Create and maintain project and dev ops documentation in the Atlassian suite of products, according to company's SDLC policies and practice.
  • Assist with problem resolutions by reviewing existing solutions and configurations, applying administrative best practices and working with testers and end users to confirm resolution.
  • Coordinate movement of code packages between development environments using common applications in coordination with Dev and Sprint coordinators.
  • Participate in planning & prioritization meetings, and help to maintain the internal project database.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to company's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math or related field plus 4 years of SFDC Administration/Development experience is preferred - OR - 7+ years of comparable work experience
  • Salesforce Administration Certification required (Current) OR 5+ years of SFDC declarative development (App Dev Cert or higher a plus)
  • 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops/SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
  • 3+ years experience web services, executing calls and interpreting responses (SOAP or REST)
  • Understanding of SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce.com's web services and APIs, and the Salesforce security model
  • Experience designing and building technical solutions using Salesforce technologies; demonstrated strength in declarative Development and design acumen.
  • Strong understanding of the customary Salesforce data architecture and data relationship capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong communicator - Ability to communicate in writing, verbally, visually, and technically to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner.
  • Advanced understanding of SFDC declarative development and administration utilities such as process builder, workflows, approval processes, and custom labels.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, strong analytic skills with experience in applying root cause analysis Evidenced experience with incident management a plus
  • Experience across various Software Development Methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Scrumban, Waterfall, etc. (Agile target)
  • Experience building, writing and executing test cases a plus
  • Experience with QA coordination and execution (on-shore/off-shore) a strong plus
  • Excellent listening skills, strong ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
