Scope of Services:The organization is seeking, qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge,skills, and abilities to serve as a GIS Analyst. In this role, the ideal candidate will demonstratea solid understanding of GIS theory and applications; possess clear understanding of ArcGISEnterprise architecture, applications, and functionality; identify, understand, and articulatesolutions for business objectives through knowledge in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop,Survey123, ArcGIS Collector, and other related ArcGIS technologies.Essential Functions: Preform a wide variety of analytical and geoprocessing functions to create, maintainand retrieve data Monitor of GIS environment – GIS Enterprise Portal (ArcGIS Server/Portal), ArcGISOnline, and SQL Relational database Assist in the development of GIS solutions using ArcGIS software to enhance existingand future GIS projects Responsible for meeting with the business and evaluating project/requestrequirements and providing guidance/solutions accordingly Develop geographic databases, including designs and models. Comprehensiveworking knowledge of database concepts (including SQL DB) Assist with field data collection using ArcGIS Survey123 and ArcGIS Collector Assist with training and technical support of end users and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. - Required Qualifications:3 years experience as a GIS Analyst working with ESRI Product suite2 years of experience related to GIS concepts, geoprocessing
- 2 years of experience in functions/techniques, and spatial database management procedures
- 2 years of experience of GIS programming/scripting languages (Python, SQL)
- 2 years of experience with Autodesk’s AutoCAD, BIM, and the conversion into GIS Strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail, customer focus, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with SQL Server database (CRUD functions)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily transition from one task to another to complete projects in a timely manner
- General knowledge of Maximo Asset Management System
- Experience with subsurface utility mapping
- Experience with interior building mapping and wayfinding
