Job Posting: Staff Auditor (100% Remote with Some Travel)Payrate: $39.88Job Description:As a Staff Auditor, you will regularly interface with relevant organizations to perform audits over key business processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing and executing detailed audit plans to identify potential risks by assessing the adequacy of internal controls, compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and procedures, and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.Conducting detailed process reviews, including pre-implementation assessments to identify improvement opportunities and implementation targets.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with team members and management to gather information, communicate audit findings, and provide recommendations for business and process improvements through informal and formal reporting tools.Leveraging data analytics to identify risks, perform data analysis, and provide value-added solutions to business partners.Participating in risk assessment activities throughout the organization using analytics, in-person interviews, and internal and external research.Coaching and developing other audit team members.Participating in special projects including department initiatives, recruiting, etc.Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or similar discipline.3-5 years of relevant audit and/or functional experience (TSRC, Product Development, Audit, Finance, or related areas).Ability to make autonomous decisions, develop audit strategies, and identify problem-solving solutions.Strong communication skills, including negotiation and conflict management.Flexibility and willingness to support audits in additional functional areas based on business needs.Travel may be required (up to 20%) to various domestic locations and supplier facilities.Preferred Qualifications:Background in Engineering or Product Development.Prior experience with the Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG).Prior Internal Audit Experience.Relevant certifications including, but not limited to, CIA, CISA, CISSP.Passion for the automotive industry.Additional Information:Position: Staff AuditorLocation: 100% Remote with some travelTravel Requirement: Up to 20%If you are a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving business processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
