Position is Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to Midnight
Position Purpose: Supervise the production staff of the Mailing & Distribution Center to create mailings for health plans and other internal customers
Create and manage production processes and quality standards
Create and maintain production schedule
Advise on purchase of new equipment and mail piece design
Maintain production machines
Manage and train production staff
Create and provide productivity reports and production cost analysis
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years in a mailroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of USPS, mail piece design, technology of mail and print industry and associated software preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects.Pay Range: $46,500.00 - $79,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
