Switchboard Operator

We Are HiringJoin our Ascension Borgess Team as a Switchboard Operator! 1st week (2) shifts from 12am to 0830 am and 1 shift 10am to 630pm2nd week (2) shifts from 12am to 0830 am and 1 shift 330pm to 12am What You Will DoOperate the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements.Receive and relay internal and external calls and provides general information according to protocol.

Maintain desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials.

Operate beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team.

Communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans.

What You Will NeedEducation:High school diploma or GED required.
