Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Project SharePoint site creation and administration; Monitor and report on project KPIs) Project Tasks (i.e., Project data clean up and maintenance; Data analysis; Implementation support; Application testing and test tool administration; Baseline technical support; Data visualization and presentation creation) Documentation (i.e., Requirements (including facilitating gathering sessions); Requirement traceability matrixes; Project runbooks; User guides; Test plans; Use cases; Implementation plans; Technical and non-technical writing; Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix); Contract Scope of Services; Process and standards update and creation. Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role, including, but not limited to creating and updating business requirements documents, testing deliverables, training materials, project logs, and end user documentation.
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, etc.)
• Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
• Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects
