Title: System Analyst 6 (Senior Technical BA) Duration: 1 year with possible extension.Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite a week)Interview Process: Virtual Interview MS Teams w/camera on and integrated audio used. Local and Non Local (must be willing to relocate) candidates; Must be able to come onsite 2-days a week for hybrid model Job Description:The primary duty of this System Analyst position to elicit, analyze, document, and validate technical requirements and design elements to be used for the ORS roadmap and modernization project. The analyst skills must be centered around the use and manipulation of computers and software, which include coding, systems administration, hardware installation, technical writing, and data manipulation, among others. Documentation will include use of standard Client application templates and tools including Azure Dev Ops, Visio, and Excel. The resource must be able to collaborate with business clients, technical teams, Process Modelers, System Analysts, and vendors. - Experience as a System Analyst should exceed 5 years.
- System Analyst supports: Thasin, Venkat and Agency Services supporting ORS
- Period One Year + Option.
Required Primary Skills: - Technical understanding and analytical skills including coding, systems administration, hardware installation, technical writing, and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev-ops and support of a Hybrid / Agile process when applicable.
- Knowledge and experience in gathering multiple interconnected system requirements.
- Facilitate, capture, organize and document technical requirements and specifications.
- Produce documents and process flows that can be used by the Process Modeler and easily understood by technical managers.
- Produce highly detailed specifications, design document, process flows for the technical teams.
