- Drive Teamcenter based PLM product suite integration with cloud deployed Over-The-Air (OTA) product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and experience about Teamcenter suite of tools; including innovative strategies to drive solution deployment to cloud (Google Cloud Platform)
- Drive organization needs into Vendor (SIEMENS) product life cycle (Teamcenter and Teamcenter Systems Engineering)
- Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-product areas to improve processes and tools. Manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic, fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
- Identify and mitigate risks and to ensure programs maintain forward momentum toward clear outcomes.
- Understand system APIs and interdependencies and lead cross-functional teams to align and deliver on technical solutions.
- Ensure clear accountability, timelines, and continuous change management to deliver timely, high-quality results.
- Familiarity with roadmap planning, change control, forecasting and release process management
- Facilitate continuous improvement and cross-organization events in collaboration with Engineering or Product Management leaders.
- In depth knowledge and experience with PLM toolset - Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
- Prior experience integration PLM products with Cloud native application ecosystem.
- Deep experience in Software Engineering, Agile practices and DevSecOps.
- Extensive experience developing and deploying cloud native solutions
- Validated experience integrating PLM products with cloud native applications – Google Cloud Platform, AWS
- Experience facilitating, building, or overhauling a Change Management process.
- Experience working cross-functionally leading a program or product delivery with both technical and non-technical members.
- Hands on experience and knowledge of Agile and scaled Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles
