Technical Coordinator - Account Management

Being the contact support for Asian Material Engineering, Design and Product Development teams in North America on select customer accounts.

Supporting the global team including, Sr. Key Account Manager, NA Technical Project Manager, Local Key Account Manager, Technical Service Managers and Global Technical Project Managers.

Helping the lead Technical Project Manager to help execute customer projects, product approvals and lab prioritization.

Driving cost / efficiency / process optimization projects when required to drive P&L targets.

If you

Bachelor’s degree required. (Business or Chemistry preferred.)

Automotive industry experience highly preferred.

Project Management experience. PMP certification a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong influential and interpersonal skills to work cross functionally with field service and technical teams as well as directly with customers.

Able to work in a changing work environment and does well with ambiguity.

Your ability to travel about 35-40% will be imperative in this role with some global travel.
