Job Title: Technical Risk Compliance Analyst

Location: Auburn Hills MI

(at least one day on site per week, typically Wednesday)

Duration: 12 months

Note: The candidate selected for this position may be required to work occasional nights or weekends as needed. Please be sure you are submitting candidates that are able and willing to this schedule.

PCI, Slacks, File integrity monitoring, has ability to move into other compliance site. Technical and tester to help identify the problems who also has the capabilities to fix the problem.

Business Unit Risk and Compliance Analyst LeadThe Business Unit Risk and Compliance Analyst Lead position provides oversight of compliance and regulatory risk reviews and acts a primary point of contact for business units and management. This position is responsible for ensuring ownership and validation of the Technology Process Risk and Control library, and is responsible for issue and change management identification and remediation including those that result from implementation of new regulations.

Position Responsibilities:

Technology Risk ManagementEnsure overall health of compliance processes and tool sets. Engage with lines of business to promptly remediate compliance findings. Perform risk analysis to determine level of risk to the bank and recommend action(s) to mitigate risk. Present results of risk activities verbally and in writing to management.

Policies, Processes, and ProceduresMonitor and interpret policies, processes and procedures for assigned business units and support with updates/changes as required pending change and issue remediation, new/enhanced regulations and controls. Recommend ways to enhance internal processes. Analyze and make recommendations on department policies, processes and procedures. Partner with the business unit(s) to ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance with policies and federal regulations.

Committees and Special ProjectsManagement of and/or participation in large sized projects related to risk and compliance. Work collaboratively with business units and others on the implementation of complaince. Represent the business on risk and compliance committees as assigned.

Training and ReportingAct as a resource for business units; educate and train business unit(s) on risks impacting them or their third-party processors. Ensure risk related training requirements are properly communicated and completed.

Position Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of Technology or Risk experience 6 years of experience with financial, regulatory, and audit issues 6 years of experience developing and implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures 2 years of experience working with public accounting Big Four experience is preferred
