- Usage of common web development languages, MS SQL, Power BI and other tools to build business tools for analysis, reporting and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine requirements, build specifications for approval and then proceed with development, testing and deployment.
- New application, data set and report development as well as continued support and upgrade of existing applications.
- Motivated and driven towards growth in knowledge of business practices, understanding of systems and processes, and continuous improvement.
- Internal Customer focused approach.
- Work in a team environment with individuals from multiple parts of the organization to establish effective business reporting applications.
- Excellent technical computer skills with Excel, database, data analytic, and/or programming background.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to work in an up-tempo environment covering all areas of the business.
- Aptitude to learn and work with various financial systems, database systems, and programming languages.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Three to Five years equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience with any or all of the following database and reporting tools: Web Development Tools, Oracle, Noetix, SQL, Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services, Visual Basic, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
