- Candidate will provide incident management and customer support for UCC, VOIP, Voice Mail, Auto Attendant cases.
- Ability to apply and exercise good judgment, within pre-defined procedures and practices, to determine appropriate actions.
- Successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented.
- Role is currently remote but may be required to meet or provide on-site support/training and/or transition into Pontiac office at some time in the future.
