Transaction Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate (On-Site)

We’re a small commercial real estate office focused on retail investment sales, and we’re looking for a full-time on-site Transaction Coordinator to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing transactions and ensuring deadlines are met

Organizing and tracking critical dates and documents

Helping prepare company materials and retrieve key documents

Performing general administrative tasks

Answering phones and reaching out to clients

What we’re looking for:

Real estate experience is preferred

Experience in commercial real estate is a plus

Background in investment sales is highly valued

Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently

We’re a tight-knit team and looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
