Key Responsibilities:

Execute time-sensitive pickups and deliveries throughout Michigan, primarily originating from the Grand Rapids area.

Manage a variable schedule, accepting deliveries as they are dispatched 24/7/365.

Utilize a smartphone for navigation, customer communication, and proof of delivery.

Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure all deliveries are completed within their designated timeframes.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Schedule & Route Details:

Availability: Dispatches occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including after-hours and weekends.

Route Duration: Individual delivery assignments typically range from 30 minutes to 6 hours.

Travel Distance: Routes are round-trip and can span an estimated 2 to 350 miles.

Mandatory Driver & Vehicle Requirements:

Non-Negiable Certification: Must possess and provide proof of a valid TSA Certification or TWIC Card. Applications without this will not be considered.

Vehicle: Must own a reliable, well-maintained vehicle from one of the following classes:

o Car, Crossover, Small SUV, Minivan, or Cargo Van

Documentation: Must possess a valid Michigan Driver’s License and current, valid vehicle insurance.

Insurance for Cargo Vans: Drivers operating cargo vans are required to carry commercial cargo insurance.

Appearance: All personal or previous company decals must be removed from the vehicle prior to service.

Tech-savvy, with a smartphone (iOS/Android) for operational use.

Screening Process:

As an independent contractor, your eligibility for specific customer contracts is contingent upon passing a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check as required by our clients.
