Important: This position will oversee the Water area for a private client in Hemlock, MI. Qualified candidates must be willing to commute, or relocate to the general area around Hemlock, MI. The Ultrapure Water Manager is responsible for managing the operations staff at a complex industrial
water purification system. This Manager will oversee all aspects of the successful production of water
that meets the contractual requirements of our customer. The health and safety of our team and strong
environmental stewardship are integral to all aspects of the job.

● Oversee the daily operation of ultrapure water production systems, ensuring optimal
performance and efficiency.
● Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for water purification
processes.
● Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with industry standards and
regulations.
● Manage a team of operators, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
● Review system performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize
downtime.● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water quality, equipment malfunction, or process
deviations.
● Collaborate with other departments to understand their ultrapure water needs and adjust
production accordingly.
● Manage budgets related to water purification systems, including equipment purchases and
maintenance costs.
● Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
● Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, water quality metrics, and
improvement initiatives.
● Lead projects for system upgrades or expansions as needed.
