Uniform Inventory Specialist

Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining Uniform Service and ensuring the compliance with Company policies and procedures.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and delivering new uniforms, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and maintaining accurate and efficient stock management.Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Floor Operations to ensure availability of uniforms for new hires / collection of uniforms from employees leaving the company;Analyzing and resolving quality and service problems;Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining stock of all uniforms;Keeping uniform storage and uniforms clean, tidy and efficiently organized;Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos etc.)Develop and maintain internal documentation for Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with general Company policies and supporting business needs;Communication with Evolution teams on design and delivery of new uniforms and revamp of the existing uniforms in compliance with general Company policies;Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
