Virtual pinball upgrade needed

I have a virtual pinball machine from a company in Ohio vpcabs.it was made about 10 years ago and things have changed in the space since then and I am looking for some young computer wiz to take my game and I will pay him to upgrade it to the newest software and 4k screen!

I would hope someone would have an interest in virtual pinball and be well versed.
